I spend lots of money at this store I took back a faulty item and the manager was rude and wouldn’t give me a refund…. The gentleman shouldn’t work in retail… or around people period. 0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Huge store, with a variety of toys, games, strollers, etc. for all age groups. You will have fun just walking around the place. Staff members are kind and helpful. Prices are above average, but reduced prices are available for some products.

Not the only person who thinks the manager needs to be sacked. People like
Him gives companies like Smyths a bad reputation. Just go to Amazon it’s cheaper and if things go wrong they refund wirh no questions asked.

Getting here via public transport, Romford station (Overground/TfL Rail/greateranglia) is your best bet but buses is your other option, 128/193/496 at The Brewery (Stop R/S).

The manager here Lee is one the best people in the World “Extremely Helpful” I was looking for a birthday gifts, Ross will always point you to the right direction and Stavy recommended the perfect gift for me today and the kids loved it.
