Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 This place is the worst place to go. The staff is so rude they don’t know how to talk to customers. I was enquiring about the prices and they hung up the phone by saying you can go else where if you don’t like our prices. The same is the nail bars they have no manners to talk.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Booked an hour massage because i was having neck pain. I saw Peter who was really professional and worked on the areas i needed, he used the perfect pressure and i left feeling much better. My neck is not as stiff as before. Thanks Peter

Rating:1 I cannot believe how rude the staff working today are..No customer service manner..I greeted 2 of the staff one kept doing her nails with no customer in .She looked at me up and down.And I even greeted her she asks What do you want ?As if I am not allowed to come in.I may be black but I deserve good treatment.In England everyone should be treated with dignity and given same service.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 This place is very unprofessional. I called up to see the massages offered as well as the cost. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I called back and politely said unfortunately I think call got disconnected (even though I knew she hung up the phone) I asked for the cost again, she said it was £40 for 1hr. I asked which massage this was for, she tutted so I told her to forget it. I then called back to speak to the manager, she said they were not there. I asked when would the manager be available, she said she didn’t know… maybe next year. There is no way on this earth I would ever accept a massage from this place, even if it were free.

I called to book a massage and asked what they offer to release trapped nerve in my shoulder. The lady said i dont know and HUNG UP!
Who does that?
She didnt didnt even bother to ask a colleague

Not sure if you are Korean/Chinese or Vietnamese you have to improve your services.
I have been there before and the service was better I am wondering if there is new management.
Your service is inadequate.Welcome your customers as humans or close your business.
