    Worst company to Handel your claims ever. Their client has hit my car whilst parked And they’re refusing to pay for my damages and not even tell me why is that. They asked me to go through my insurance company yet I already told them I have third party coverage only so my insurance can’t get involved as it was their drivers fault as my car was hit whilst parked. Costumer services are the most useless people they are so rude the only thing they’ll tell you is that you need to wait And hang up on you with an attitude they have given me so much stress I don’t even want to talk to them anymore. Will leave it for another 1-2 weeks if it doesn’t get resolved will have to pay a solicitor to get involved.

    Luckily a company that doesnt discrimate against age.
    Had a nightmare trying to insure my mobile fish and chip van, getting stupid quotes from everyone. Luckily the brokers had contacts with this company and I can now continue to operate my business.

    I enquired if my policy covered vandalism (car got keyed) I was covered but it wasn’t worth doing with my excess. My insurance went up from £290 to £1420 after simply asking if it could be done. They call it a “notification” and it stays on the insurance record. Nothing can be done about it. That’s now my insurance quote check your insurance company does not use these as an underwriter.

    They didn’t add my cover to the database, was stopped by police on a Sunday and was almost charged with no insurance, was almost suspended from work as I am a driver.

    Later I had to update my address, they refused to accept my new address, cancelled the policy, charged me a cancellation fee, and left me with an unissued car and no way to get to work.

    This is the most incompetent company I have EVER come across. I have been sent left right and centre between their teams, who appear to have no communication with each other, to try and finish a NON FAULT accident by an UNINSURED driver. They ask for documents then re-ask for same documents a month later. Have no knowledge of insurance rules/policy wording which you have to recite back to them. Then ask you the customer to ring other entities (police/MIB) to try and do their work for them.
    I am now in process of pressing negligence/misinformation charges against them.
