    every time i click on get a quote i get redirected to the homepage. And now i can’t get my insurance for day i need it for due to it being less than five days away

    I don’t usually leave reviews and even more scarcely, positive reviews. I have been with Drivesmart Insurance for ten months with a black box. They rewarded me with lowered car insurance monthly, fairly analysed by driving and have given me a great renewal premium price. I can’t comment for other customers but the Drivesmart insurance customer service was helpful to me on the few occasions I needed them. Can’t ask for more really. Don’t go with any car insurance company, go with Drivesmart.

    Probably the worst insurance agent I have dealt with.
    Whilst dealing with them on behalf of my elderly grandmother who struggles with English, the degree of arrogance, lack of interpersonal skills, and pure inability of staff to perform simple tasks was, to put it bluntly, shambolic.
    The fact that one member of staff doesn’t know what another has done and not updated the records (which happened to us on no more than 6 occasions) is laughable.
    Their appointment system and attempting to arrange for a telematic box fitting left me asking why they even bothered.
    Trying to register a complaint (regarding certain members of staff speaking over customers in an attempt to try and scare the customer; namely me) was impossible, with the supervisor unable to do anything, and the manager always conveniently unavailable.

    If it weren’t her last year of driving, we wouldn’t have bothered.

    Really good service, rewarding good driving with £200 discount from my policy. Really handy for a first time driver! Always found staff to be helpful and available with a query too.

    Poor communication. Havent recieved my policy details, even after being requested. Charged £50 for trying to move my smart box instalation date after several phone calls. Not very helpful for young or new driver
