Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 I was referred for sedation a while ago to have an extraction. I have a history of having meltdowns at the dentist for even a check up or a filling so sedation was definitely needed. I had to wait a while and it was very scary I am autistic and have PTSD & anxiety and when I went in I got sedated quickly with Midazolam (I think they didn’t tell me). I absolutely hate unexpected things and people putting hands on me especially if I am not told because I had to be frequently restrained in a psychiatric hospital and it just triggers flashbacks so this happening was literally exactly what shouldn’t have happened. I was having a flashback under sedation and I just felt like I was being attacked or something. I asked my Dad if he could stay with me because I was worried what would happen while under sedation and if anything did he would see it. But they asked him to leave and they didn’t even ask if the sedation had worked they pushed me down on the chair and put a surgical mask over my...

Rating:1 Unprofessional, rude and just want your money. Called in because in a lot of pain, wisdom tooth is growing awkwardly and need it taken out. One of the receptionists assured me that tooth can be taken out once I’ve come in for check up, so I agreed to book an appointment.

Rating:5 I cannot thank the dental team enough. I attended for my extraction appointment on 9.5.24. The dentist made me feel comfortable the whole way through, informing me of the procedure and providing aftercare advice. The dental nurse was fantastic, reassuring and helpful. I had a lot of work done I’m now on day 4 of recovery and healing very well. I have recommended to others about my positive experience

Rating:5 Today I had to have a tooth extraction and although I am an extremely nervous patient there wasn’t any sedation appointments till May and as my tooth was causing me so much trouble I decided to have it out under local.

Rating:5 Nervous of dental treatment. Was difficult to get in contact to arrange extraction until someone pointed out my phone provider had marked this number as scam and blocked in coming calls. Unblocked and managed to receive a call to sort out appointment (beware).

At the appointment, Dr Shashi Limbu didn’t seem interested. Said she cannot see the wisdom tooth with the dental mirror even though I could see it at home with my dental mirror. She done an X-ray which did show the tooth growing against the other teeth and said the tooth can’t be taken out nor can she refer me to have it taken out elsewhere. when they have 2 surgeons at their own practice downstairs who extract teeth. So why am I even here. She instead prescribed me anti-biotics even though I have no infection or swelling. They charged me for the pleasure and they’ll claim the rest of the money.
Waste of time and money.
I read bad reviews before my appointment and still gave them the benefit of the doubt. After my a...

The dentist Sinthujan Sivarahjah was fantastic – he made me feel at ease and was lighthearted.
I found the really extraction difficult but this was due to my own anxiety.
The dental nurse was also brilliant and they both really tried their best to keep me calm which wasn’t easy!
Just a massive thank you for persevering with me, being kind and patient.
Brilliant service!

I also made the mistake of reading feedback on here. This added to my anxiety of having my first ever extraction.
I have to say, all the staff were very professional and pleasant. The anaesthetist put me at ease, and the dentist talked me through my the tooth was being removed.
Sedative administered and as they had told me the next thing I remember is the dentist saying….that’s it its out. No pain and it was made easier through pleasant staff.
