Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Excellent service by Arbaz and Muhammed who work at this branch in Romford. They understood the problems I was having with my contract and immediately wanted to help. They offered a great deal which other branches such as the Lakeside branch did not offer. Thank you once again to Arbaz and Muhammed for the help and I highly recommend customers talk to them for an inquiries they may have.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I am utterly disappointed with the management and attitude of the staff there. A lady named PAULINE got very enthusiastic and loud as I asked her if it was possible to do something. Please train your staff accordingly. I will not be going again. Thanks.

Rating:5 Excellent service by Muhammad the store manager very compassionate and understanding helped me pay my outstanding bill as I am always nervous that I do not get scammed by fraudsters . People at the store are so friendly Pauline as well . I like coming to the store and will continue to use this store to buy any accessories when I have funds available . Positive attitude so helpful . I am grateful to the manager for going the extra mile .

Gave them my proof of ID, they bluntly refused to help me cuz I couldn’t remember full name on the contract, even while my full name was on the contract.
I had to deal with virtual call agents who gave professional advice on how to get the details & eventually got the Internet problem resolved.
Bottom line, they were rude & snuby, especially a slim Asian looking girl on duty behind the counter.
